Purpose: The purpose of the Notice is to announce that Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, Marion VA Medical Center s Evansville Health Center, intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide services as part of its Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program for Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS). Services will be for the Department of Veterans Affairs Marion VA Medical Center s, Evansville Health Center. Objective/Milestone: The goal of the HCHV program is to end homelessness amongst the Marion VA Medical Center s Evansville Health Center Veteran population by enhancing current homeless service capacity.
