Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to discover what methodologies, systems, products or services are available to contribute to joint targeting cycle execution portion, where effects are assigned to targets. An Advanced Target Development (ATD) capability is required to support NATO common funded effort aimed at modernizing and enhancing its current Joint Targeting System. The purpose of this RFI is to involve industry in an examination of current and future capabilities supporting one or several ATD elements. The future capabilities will be either Nation-owned or commercially available (procured by a Nation or by a NATO Agency).
