About this opportunity
The United States Coast Guard intends to award a sole source contract to TechOp Solutions International, Inc. for privacy and FOIA support services. The anticipated period of performance for this contract is three (3) months. This requirement is being solicited under FAR 12.202/6.103-1. The rationale for this sole source acquisition is that the existing contract for the same services is in the process of being re-competed, but a new contract won�t be awarded by the end of the period of performance, which will result in a gap in services. The subject three-month contract is intended to bridge this gap.
