BASEWIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES

About this opportunity

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) located in Natick, MA. The intent is to establish work requirements that are performance-based and results-oriented. The Contractor shall determine the best and most cost-effective ways to fulfill custodial services and their component needs, emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices. There are no unique requirements as these are conventional janitorial services. Please see attached posting and Performance Work Statement (PWS) referenced under Attachments for detailed instructions.
