The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of a commercial, Unit Real Time Annual Subscription and Connectivity Support Annual Subscription for the North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTVHCS), Dallas, Texas. This acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside basis using the revised FAR commercial products and commercial services procedures (FAR Part 12 as updated by the FAR Revolutionary Overhaul) and will result in a single firm fixed price contract.
