The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support the upcoming acquisition of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification audit services for the Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC).
