This synopsis is to inform industry that Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation to procure perpetual software licenses and both hardware and software support and maintenance from Turtle & Hughes Inc, Linden, NJ (Cage Code: 7N067). The Government intends to procure the items on a sole source basis to Rockwell Automation's authorized distributor Turtle & Hughes Inc under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source for supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Rockwell Automation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), distributes its products through its distribution network, organized by geographical area.
