This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding support for the engineering, design, fabrication, and testing of prototype equipment; integrated logistics support (ILS); Shipboard Verification Test (SVT) support; program management; financial; and administrative support associated with these functions on all HM&E Submarine Communication and Electromagnetic Systems (HM&E SCEMS). .
