The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation by mid April for the Mid Term Availability (MTA) requirement for USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10). The MTA is tentatively scheduled for 12 Oct - 30 Nov 2026 to be performed at a contractor shipyard in the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR). Interested parties may submit a capability statement to [email protected] and request a draft copy of the work item package by the closing date of this announcement. The capability statement should include a brief description of your firm and the capabilities to perform an MTA. To be eligible for award, the offerer must have an active registration in SAM.gov.
