About this opportunity
This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Boots, Temperate Weather Army Combat (ACB TW) PGC#04040. The ACB TW will be procured in accordance with purchase description GL-PD-11-01 dated 11 March 2011. The solicitation will have one (1) lot for a 100% of total requirement and be issued as Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources, FAR 6.203 Set-asides for small business concerns. The solicitation will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and (2) Past Performance Confidence Assessment.
