The California Strategic Growth Council (SGC) and the California Department of Housing and Community Development (Department) are pleased to announce the release of this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) with approximately $650 million in funds for the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program (AHSC Program or Program). The AHSC Program provides grants and loans to eligible Applicants to benefit Disadvantaged Communities, Low-Income Communities, and Low-Income Households throughout California through increasing accessibility of affordable housing, employment centers, and Key Destinations via low-carbon transportation.
