The solicitation covers the preventive maintenance and repair services for the heating and/or domestic hot water systems installed in apartments located throughout the city of Rome, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. Quantity estimated to be served in one year: 60 apartments.
