The California Air Resources Board (CARB or the Board) is soliciting a Grantee for the implementation of the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) with any appropriated and allocated funds from Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 with an option to renew the Grant Agreement for the following two FYs of potential funding (FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28).CORE is intended to accelerate the deployment rate of zero-emission technology in the off-road sector. CORE provides vouchers to California purchasers and lessees of CORE-eligible equipment on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, CORE offers increased incentives for equipment that will be domiciled in disadvantaged communities.
