PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration intends to issue a solicitation entitled, Cemetery Improvements Construction Project, Project # 962CM3003 at the Mare Island Cemetery, on or about May 5, 2026, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, the full solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. Project will include cemetery renovations to include, but not limited, irrigation systems, drainage, fencing, headstone raising and realignment, turf installation and grading, flagpole, and parking lot renovations.
