This tender specification covers the plumbing and tiling works for 2 bathrooms. Shower trays shall be installed to achieve the minimum possible rim height above the finished floor level to maximize accessibility and ease of entry. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: - Dismantling + disposal of bathtub, tiles - Plumbing installations: � Delivery � Update and relocate fittings � Installation and assembly of shower cabins - Tiling and drywall work: � Removal and disposal of tiles � Prepare surfaces including plastering work, moisture insulation, wall leveling, leveling screed � Construction of a drywall � Tiling of floor and wall Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000.
