About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) Program Office has a requirement for conducting surveys at VA owned and operated Community Living Centers (CLCs) and Spinal Cord Injury/Disorders (SCI/D) Long Term Care Centers to be performed from an independent survey company/contractor. The contractor shall utilize Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) process for CLCs and SCI/D Long Term Care Centers by utilizing the applicable federal regulations of Title 42 Part 483 of the Code Federal Regulations, Requirements for States and Long Term Care Facilities from the Long-Term Care State Operations Manual (SOM) Appendix PP.
