1.0 DESCRIPTION The 52nd Contracting Squadron (52 CONS) at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research. The Government is seeking to identify qualified local construction companies interested in serving as subcontractors to our existing Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) prime contractors. BLUF: The Government is seeking local tradespeople available to support ongoing base infrastructure projects.
