The solicitation covers the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services at the U.S. Consulates in Florence, Italy. The Contractor shall provide managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services required under the contract. Total estimate number of buildings to be serviced per year: 2.
