Page 1 of 1 INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the CLC Residential Neighborhood Construction project at the GV Montgomery VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1500 East Woodrow Wilson Drive, Jackson, MS. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The GV Montgomery VAMC is seeking a general contractor to furnish all labor, tools, material, equipment, and supervision to construct the new CLC Residential Neighborhood. This construction project will build/renovate approximately 10,500 square feet of new CLC space on site of the existing VA Hospital.
