U.S. Embassy Abidjan’s Public Diplomacy Section is seeking proposals to implement a workforce development and skills-building program through its network of American Spaces. This program aims to build a pipeline of skilled, English-capable Ivoirian youth who can support4U.S. trade, investment, and innovation partnerships while expanding economic opportunity and stability in Côte d’Ivoire.The project will target university students, educators, and early-career professionals (ages 17–40) in key cities including Abidjan, Yamoussoukro, Bouaké, and Korhogo.
