About this opportunity
The requirement is for non-personal services to provide solid waste management services, to include refuse collection, compost center operations and landfill operations for the cantonment areas at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall perform all management, supervisory, professional services, clerical, and administrative functions and furnish all labor, plant, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies, except as provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Site Visit. The Government will conduct a pre-proposal conference/site visit at Fort Hood on 27 May 2026 at 1:30pm at South Sherman Road BLDG 40001 575 Fort Hood, TX 76544.
