About this opportunity
The United States Consulate General in Guayaquil, Ecuador requires housing renovation services for one Government Owned house located in Via a la Costa, Guayaquil. The work required under this contract consists of providing all professional services, labor, materials, equipment, supplies to complete all the works needed for this project. The Contractor's proposal shall include a detailed cost breakdown of the recommended services to be performed. Work shall be completed in less than thirty (30) calendar days. The residence will not be occupied during the execution of this contract. Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for work phasing and job sequencing in each stage of this project in a sequential manner.
