SUBJECT: Synopsis Waiver Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0326 for PR 26-00855 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i), exception: (1) The proposed contract action� (i) Is valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) and the solicitation will� (A)Be posted to the GPE in accordance with 5.201; and (B)Permit the public to respond to the solicitation electronically; Electronic commerce is defined at 41 USC sec. 426 as electronic techniques for accomplishing business transactions, including electronic mail.
