Project Title: Cemetery Improvement Project at Mare Island Naval Cemetery Project Location: 167 O'Hara Ct, Vallejo, CA 94592 IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. An offer guarantee (bid bond) is required in accordance with FAR 28.101-1, and payment and performance bonds will be required in accordance with FAR Part 28. SITE VISIT: 5/18/2026 at 10:30 AM PST RFIs due to the Contracting Officer (CO) NLT 5/25/2026 at 3:00 PM EST. No other questions shall be accepted after the due date unless notified by the CO.
