Summary of Critical Performance Requirements: 1. Instructional Delivery: The contractor must provide live, synchronous, instructor-led foreign language instruction based on the Government-provided curriculum, syllabi, and assessment rubrics. Instructors are expected to tailor the delivery of these materials to create a student-centered learning environment that addresses individual needs while aligning with the Government's language, culture, and mission context (ILR skill matrix, AFCLC's "Twelve Domains of Culture," AFCLC/LEAP mission). 2.
