About this opportunity

This presolicitation notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.204. USSOCOM requires contractor support for the performance of program management and strategic/operational planning services in support of various programs which provide both real-time and strategic Information Technology (IT) support to HQ USSOCOM, its Component Commands, and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC). This support will provide analytical planning/process development, technical assessments, strategic resource planning/management, and budget execution to senior leadership. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a competitive 8(a) RFP under Sam.gov. ALL INFORMATION WILL BE DISTRIBUTED VIA SAM.GOV AND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED SEPARATELY VIA EMAIL, PHONE, ETC.
