PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TDAC-WSMR SECURITY HARDENING/ SCIF BLDG 1401 W911SG-26-R-A014 The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to improve versatility, security and safety in the Secure Area D100. Six tasks are to be accomplished; vault egress door replacement, install intrusion detection system (IDS) sensors, install room access system (Velocity), install red warning light and install awning above exterior door. The work is located on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico in Dona Ana County. The contract duration is 214 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
