Project Title: Cemetery Improvement Project at Mare Island Naval Cemetery Project Location: 167 O'Hara Ct, Vallejo, CA 94592 IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. An offer guarantee (bid bond) is required in accordance with FAR 28.101-1, and payment and performance bonds will be required in accordance with FAR Part 28. AMENDMENT 001 published 5/14/2026.
