This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations Overhaul (RFO) RFO Parts 12 and 16 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA facilitates a variety of weapons and energetics research, development, testing and evaluation programs in support of Naval operations.
