The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District issues a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR26RA033 for the construction of a Microgrid at the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), Anniston, AL. The requirement will be completed as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The basis of award is the Best Value Trade-Off process. The Government will evaluate the proposals in accordance with the criteria described herein. The Contracting Officer Will award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible Offeror whom the Source Selection Authority (SSA) determines conforms to the solicitation, is fair and reasonable, and offers the best overall value to the government, all factors considered.
