About this opportunity

The United States Army Contracting Command-Rock Island requests a proposal for Energetic Subcomponents of the m82 Simuat Screening Grenade in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15) - Contracting by Negotiation.
