This announcement constitutes a solicitation for quotes/bids. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, at Modoc National Wildlife Refuge, has a project to replace and overhaul the existing water main system extending from the holding tank junction to Refuge Quarters 14. The water main currently serves the Headquarters office, visitor area, and residential house.
