The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines, will release a solicitation for the Design, Fabrication and Installation of Flood Barrier for US Embassy Manila. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in early June 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
