Eligibility: Government Organizations Applicant Eligibility: Applicant must be a Metropolitan Enforcement Group (MEG) Unit: A combination of units of local government under the Intergovernmental Drug Laws Enforcement Act to enforce the drug laws of Illinois and surrounding states.
