AMENDMENT 0001 - An update to Attachment (6) Section L, Volume 5.1 has been made to update the minimum small business participation commitment. Government responses to RFIs have also been posted. ORIGINAL SOLICITATION - The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), through Program Manager Adversary and Specialized Aircraft (PMA-226), is procuring Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) aviation services to fulfill an enduring operational requirement from the Program Manager for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems (PMA-264). The SLAT acquisition supports PMA-264?s mission to ensure the operational effectiveness of sonobuoy systems.
