The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to advise industry of the upcoming procurement of Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Support Services for the Library of Congress Packard Campus Audio Visual Conservation (PCAVC) located in Culpeper, Virginia. The PCAVC develops, preserves and provides broad access to a comprehensive and valued collection of the world�s audiovisual heritage for the benefit of Congress and the nation�s citizens. The facility stores collections in temperature and humidity controlled spaces and provides standard office workspace for approximately 140 people.
