The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks proposals for demolition and refurbishment of DOW at the U.S. Embassy Annex located in Arqa at Wadi Haneefah Street. The contractor will decommission, architecturally refurbish, and upgrade the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in the kitchen area of Freedom Hall at the Embassy Annex. All responsible sources may submit proposals electronically to RiyadhContracting@state.gov. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets all solicitation requirements.
