The Embassy of the United States in Cyprus will launch the solicitation on the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Nicosia will accepts quotations for the maintenance of the HVAC & BMS system . The anticipated performance is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in fourth coming periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered.
