This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for contracted Medical Laboratory Scientist services and one (1) Medical Technician (Phlebotomy) to support the Laboratory Program at the Yakama Service Unit (YSU), Toppenish, Washington.
