Dear Service Providers, The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of California intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements. Agreements are for the period beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement in accordance with Section I, Clause 2-90D, Option to Extend the Term, for an additional four years, at four twelve-month intervals.
