About this opportunity

As Army operations become increasingly data-driven, tactical units require enhanced capabilities to capture vehicle platform data and apply it toward predictive sustainment. Telemetry data, including maintenance faults, fuel levels, potable water supplies, and ammunition counts, can drive real-time logistics calculations. By giving sustainment units real-time visibility into forward-deployed assets, the Army can ensure precise bulk distribution and maintain accurate operational status reporting. However, transmitting this real-time sustainment data from tactical vehicles to command-and-control (C2) nodes remains a challenge in degraded, disconnected, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) bandwidth environments.
