About this opportunity
Work consists of the renovation of an existing bathroom in the CMR to improve acesibility and make it ADA/ABA compliant. The objective is to deliver a safe, functional and accesible bathroom within an exiting footprint, incorporating life-safety features, accesssibility improvements, and durable high-quality finishes. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
