This contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, personnel and labor for the gravel crushing within the bounds of the Columbine Gravel Pit on National Forest Service Lands within Montrose County, Colorado. The result shall be the continued development of a gravel pit located on the Ouray Ranger District of the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests.
