The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA, Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The Stegall Substation Stage 07 Phase 01 Construction Project enhances WAPA�s ability to provide reliable/cost-efficient electrical power by replacing end-of-life control building, disconnect switches, and oil circuit breakers.
