About this opportunity
This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Portsmouth in accordance with the procedures found in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) under FAR Part 14 and 12. The Government will award a contract resulting from this IFB to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the IFB, will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will evaluate bids to determine the Lowest Total Evaluated Price (LTEP). The LTEP will be calculated by evaluating the extended prices of all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) included in the IFB.
