The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), announces the issuance of Acquisition Instruction 26?02 (AI 26-02): Acquisition of Artificial Intelligence. This instruction implements requirements in support of Executive Order 13960, which directs Federal agencies to employ safe, secure, and trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance government efficiency and mission performance.
