The Contractor shall provide residential furniture leasing services for the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, the U.S. Consulate General in Sydney, and the U.S. Consulate General in Melbourne, Australia, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and all attachments incorporated into this contract. The prices set forth herein shall be firm-fixed and shall include all costs associated with performance under this contract, including, but not limited to, labor, materials, transportation, insurance, overhead, and profit.
