The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at the Detroit Dam project requires the purchase and delivery of one hundred and twenty (120) concrete ecology blocks. These blocks are needed to provide foundational support and erosion control for a critical project access road. Product Specifications: Quantity: 120 blocks Dimensions: Approximately 30� X 30� X 60� Weight: Approximately 4,320 LBS each Features: Must be stackable (interlocking feature is desirable) and include an embedded lifting point, such as an eye hook or U-bolt, for installation. Delivery Requirements: Location: Blocks must be delivered to a turnout off the Detroit Dam access road, located at 40990 Highway 22, Mill City, OR, 97360. Schedule: Deliveries will be accepted Monday through Thursday, between 0700 and 1600 hours, excluding federal holidays. Freight: The contractor must include all freight and delivery costs in the total proposed price. USACE personnel are available to offload the material upon arrival if needed. This procurement is to mitigate significant hazards, including potential landslides, that could affect infrastructure integrity and prevent vehicle access to the facility.
