About this archived opportunity

This contract is to replace the HVAC and install a wired carbon monoxide and smoke detector at Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge Quarters located at 1109 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013. The contractor will provide all materials and labor to remove the existing fuel-oil boiler and HVAC components at Refuge Quarters. The contractor will remove and dispose of all boiler components. Contractor will provide all services, parts, and labor required to install a new energy-efficient propane fired furnace and central air conditioning, along with a hardwired CO/Smoke detector in the vicinity of the HVAC system.
