THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. MINIDOKA NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE-BUILDING EXPANSION DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. The National Park Service (NPS) at Minidoka National Historic Site (MIIN) has a requirement for a building expansion the project will be dedicated to the construction of a +/-830 SF addition to the Maintenance Building. The addition shall match the construction and materiality of the existing building: metal frame over concrete spread footings. Building includes metal framing and metal panel exterior wall and roof finishes. Interior spaces consist of six offices with interior hallway. New duct HVAC will be installed. Existing electrical system and tele/data will be extended to support the added spaces noted. Site excavation and drawings will be included once RFP is posted....
